Die Angaben gelten jeweils immer nur für eine Person. Für weitere Personen, einschliesslich Kinder fügen Sie nach der Formularüberprüfung eine weitere Person hinzu. Schlafplätze müssen für weitere Personen ebenfalls mitgebucht werden.

Please note that each person must be registered separately. If you want to add further persons (including children), you can do so after the form has been checked and sent off. Accommodation must also be booked separately and per person.

Die weitere Abwicklung erfolgt immer über die e-mail der ersten Person. Um die Anmeldung versenden zu können müssen Sie ihr Einverständnis zu den AGB abgeben.

All mails (confirmation etc.) will be sent to the first person registered. In order to register
successfully and send off the form, you must agree to our general terms and conditions of business (AGB).

Stornierung und Erstattung / Cancellation and reimbursement Mit der bestätigten Buchung beginnt eine Reservierungszeit von 10 Tagen. In dieser Zeit habt Ihr die Möglichkeit den Zahlbetrag zu überweisen. Nach Ablauf der Frist werden die Reservierungen fairerweise für andere Interessenten wieder freigegeben.

Once the receipt of your booking/reservation has been confirmed, please transfer the required amount within 10 days. If we do not receive your payment in due time, your space will be made available to other interested participants.

Bei Teilstornierung bis 2 Tage vor Beginn der Veranstaltung gilt: Wenn Ihr z.B. erst später kommen könnt oder eher abreisen müsst, werden die entsprechenden Teilbeträge zu 80% erstattet.

Partial cancellation: If you partially cancel your booking until 2 days before the event, e.g. because you will arrive later than planned or have to leave earlier, you will be reimbursed 80% of the amount for the parts you cancel.

Bei kompletter Stornierung bis 7 Tage vor Beginn der Veranstaltung gilt: 100% Erstattung des Betrages abzüglich einer Bearbeitungspauschale von € 40,00/Person.

Complete cancellation: If you completely cancel your booking until 7 days before the event, you will reimbursed the full amount you paid less a processing fee of 40€ per person.

Bei Stornierung der gesamten Buchung kürzer als 7 Tage vor Beginn der Veranstaltung gilt: Es kann keine Erstattung mehr gewährt werden. Ihr könnt die Buchung aber an einen Dritten weitergeben.

Please note that in case you completely cancel your booking less than 7 days before the event, no reimbursement will be granted. However, you can transfer your booking to another person.
